The use of the app is very intuitive. The shipment came fast. And the product was amazing.

Bought a laser cutter advertised as being able to cut plywood. Didn’t get to cutting plywood till about a week ago where it wouldn’t get through on any setting. Both recommended by online reviewers and same settings that work successfully on different machines. I messaged to inform them and ask if I received a faulty item. It’s been some days and no response. Now I don’t even have the option of asking for a repair on the app again. Customer support exist only before purchase. Nothing after

I ordered two of the same board. I was sent two boards that are similar in appearance but are not the same. - the size measurements are different - the mounting holes are in very different places - the electical connections are in very different places - even the SKU numbers are different: 237350-dbLvq8jW and 237350-26602343 - there was NO bubble wrap or any kind of protective material. They were simply thrown in a plastic bag.
